Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

No. Sai Ganesh Hardware is not registered for GST because the business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel.

Does a cordless tool come with a battery?

Check the listing for each tool. Some are supplied as a kit with a battery and charger, and some are tool-only for people who already own the platform. Where we are not certain, the listing says to ask and we will confirm before dispatch.

What is the difference between SAE and metric sockets?

They are two different sizing systems, imperial and metric, and the sizes sit close enough that a wrong socket feels almost right until the fastener head rounds off. Always check the size stamped on the socket.

Do you sharpen or repair tools?

No. We supply tools only. Pruners and garden blades should be sharpened on a fine stone rather than a grinder, which takes the temper out of the steel.

Can you advise on wiring or structural work?

No. We sell hardware and do not give installation advice. Electrical work should be carried out by a competent person in line with local wiring regulations.

How do I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee.

What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the whole order, shown before checkout is completed.

How long will my order take?

1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit: 3–6 business days in total to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We deliver within India only.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Email sales@saiganeshhardware.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable and cover the return shipping when the fault is ours.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5 business days of a returned item reaching us and being checked. A cancellation before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.

Can I collect an order in person?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address here is our business and order fulfilment address. Everything is delivered by courier.
