Product questions, orders and returns all reach the same inbox and the same phone number. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address here is our business and order fulfilment address.

How to reach us

What to include

• Order questions — the Order ID and the email address used at checkout. Both are on your order confirmation.
• Tool questions — the size, drive or rating you need, and we can help you compare it against the specifications listed.
• Damaged or incomplete parcel — photographs of the parcel and its contents within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes the review considerably faster.
• Return — the Order ID and which item, within 10 days of delivery.

What we cannot do

We cannot advise on how to carry out a repair, confirm a tool is right for a job we have not seen, or supply spare parts for tools bought elsewhere. If a listing is missing a size you need, ask and we will read it off the packaging.

Complaints

Email sales@saiganeshhardware.shop with Complaint in the subject line and the Order ID in the message. Complaints are handled directly by the person responsible for operating Sai Ganesh Hardware. We have not appointed a separate named officer for this.
